OPPORTUNITY
As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for enhancing and increasing the customer/shipper base of ATS Logistics. This is an inside sales opportunity that offers you the ability to grow your book of business Nationwide. Base salary of this position is $47,000 - $57,000 plus opportunity to earn monthly incentive based on revenue, gross margin dollars and activity goals. Incentive earnings for successful, tenured representatives of $150,000 or beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a diverse book of business from the ground up.
- Consistently pursue new freight-moving clients through cold outreach.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Related Experience:
- Logistics or truckload sales.
- B2B inside sales roles.
Qualifications:
Higher education (i.e. two- or four-year degree) preferred but not required OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in inside sales or logistics related roles with longevity of employment in roles preferred
One or more years of experience Building a Book of Business/B2B inside sales preferred
Excellent presentation and verbal, written communication staging skills
A firm understanding of marketing strategies, sales tools, and customer service principles.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet (social media, internet databases and research tools)
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity; trustworthy
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of this position is $47,000 - $57,000 plus opportunity to earn monthly incentive based on revenue, gross margin dollars and activity goals. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
