South Bend, IN Full-Cycle Sales Growth-Focused Role
We're working with a leading provider in the transportation and distribution space that's looking for a National Sales & Solutions Manager to help expand its footprint across the U.S. This is a high-impact, full-cycle individual contributor role-perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to both manage relationships and close new business.
You'll inherit an active book of business while also driving new opportunities. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and collaborates across departments-Sales, Ops, Admin, and R&D-to deliver value-driven solutions to a national customer base.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales experience in freight, transportation, distribution, and/or warehouse environments
- Background in logistics and supply chain-you know the difference between a skid and a forklift
- Based in South Bend, IN - this is an in-office role
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with freight stabilization or industrial packaging
- Prior exposure to Logistick-style products
- Strong tenure in past roles-someone looking to grow with a company long-term
