About the Role
We are seeking a strong sales leader to take charge of our sales operations and teams across these three strategic locations. The National Sales Manager is not just a sales professional, we're looking for a proven leader who can inspire, drive, and elevate performance. This role is critical in shaping the future of our business by guiding regional teams, setting a clear direction, and delivering results. Your leadership will directly impact revenue, customer satisfaction, and team success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams across Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Honolulu
- Define clear sales goals, ensure accountability, and foster a performance-driven culture
- Provide strategic leadership in territory planning, pricing, and customer acquisition
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, field visits, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with overall business goals
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with top clients and key accounts
- Ensure effective communication, motivation, and team cohesion across all markets
- Travel regularly (approx. 30-40%) to regional offices and key accounts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in food wholesale or foodservice and retail sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Demonstrated success in managing, scaling, and motivating multi-location sales teams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Based in Los Angeles, with willingness to travel to Las Vegas and Honolulu regularly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
