Leisure Craft Holdings, LLC is seeking a National Sales Manager to expand our footprint across key markets in the U.S. We're a leading manufacturer of durable, design-forward outdoor furnishings and recreation products proudly made in Flat Rock, NC-serving parks, schools, municipalities, hospitality venues, and more.
In this role, you'll serve as a key driver of our national sales strategy, building strong customer relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and representing our brand across various channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, purchasing groups, and national accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities across existing and emerging markets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product focus
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product development teams
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Provide sales forecasts, insights, and performance reports to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Background in Parks and Recreation, Hospitality, or Manufacturer Rep management preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP experience preferred, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
