About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing projects, and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget while contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs, acquire leads, and propose business deals by analyzing market opportunities.
  • Front-End Prospecting: Proactively identify potential National clients, generate leads, and develop strategies to build your own book of business.
  • Project Oversight: Evaluate project proposals and create comprehensive plans to achieve objectives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Client and Vendor Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with project and operations teams to assign duties, review progress, and resolve issues.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide updates on project progress, communicate expectations, and oversee milestone completion.
  • CRM Management: Accurately maintain client and prospect data, leveraging reports to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales and project management in the construction industry (required). 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development. Valid Driver's license. Proven ability to manage costs to ensure that project budgets are met. Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.

Proactive and motivated to identify opportunities and take initiative to close deals while providing clear communication in order to build relationships and presenting value to clients. An ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized, manage leads, follow-ups, and client accounts efficiently while having a solid understanding of the multi-family construction lifecycle.
