NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER for RETAIL CHAIN ACCOUNTS
Pro-Mart has been an industry leader in Home Storage and Organization items to major USA retailers for over 50 years in Brick and Mortar retailers, and now growing extensively into Ecommerce. We are looking for a dynamic person with excellent CPG background to join our Company to oversee and manage some of the top Retail accounts in the nation. We have a full support staff in house and a extensively growing product line. We are only considering candidates who have a strong sales record with retailers in a consumer products environment. The candidate must work out of our Irvine headquarters to be part of our dynamic, fast paced work culture and collaborate with the sales support teams, our unique products, and join strategy meetings.
Duties & Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Develop and Increase sales with Mass Merchants, Home Centers, Specialty Markets, Drug and Grocery Chain and Clubs
- Open, maintain and grow existing accounts
- Continuous development of new sales opportunities, special programs/planograms and cross merchandising
- Develop and execute plans to achieve annual sales targets
- Evolve strategies to penetrate key accounts
- Management of Independent Sales Representatives and Broker Groups
- Attend major trade shows or category line reviews (as needed)
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience selling to big box retailers in a consumer products industry
- A demonstrated track record of successful executions of planograms, marketing programs
- Competitive approach to sales along with highly developed presentation skills
- Category Management and point of purchase plan development
- Thrive in an energized, fast-paced environment
- Must work out of our Orange County, CA headquarters
