Lincoln Tech, a leader in skilled trades career education, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Director of Admissions to join our team based in the Northeastern United States. In this executive leadership role, you'll oversee recruitment strategies that connect motivated students with life-changing career training opportunities across all our campuses nationwide.
Who We're Looking For:
A visionary sales leader who excels at building high-performing teams and consistently exceeding enrollment goals. You'll inspire and develop admissions professionals at all levels while ensuring our recruitment practices maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Direct nationwide recruitment initiatives while being based in our Northeast region
- Build, coach, and develop a talented team of admissions directors and representatives
- Ensure full compliance with all educational recruitment regulations and standards
- Implement innovative strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets across all campuses
- Solve complex challenges with practical, effective solutions
- Establish strong communication channels between campus leadership and corporate teams
- Analyze performance data and provide strategic insights to improve national results
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record leading large sales teams to consistent goal achievement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in sales, business, or marketing roles
- At least 3 years of successful management experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with talent for translating data into action
- Unwavering commitment to ethical recruitment practices
The Role Requires:
- Extensive travel throughout the country, with home base in the Northeast region
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, and some weekends
