Job Title: National Business Development and Sales Manager - Computer Hardware & Depot Support Solutions

Location: Denver-Remote

Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 Base + Net New Monthly Sales Commissions

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network of existing relationships across manufacturers, suppliers, and end users. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, technical insight, and a proven track record of driving growth in the computer hardware and service space. You must be able to self-manage your time and identify opportunities that are a fit for South Seas Data. You will have access to our team to help support opportunities, onboarding and projects on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities in hardware sales and depot support services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and enterprise end users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Core Business Skills and Requirements

  • Sales Expertise
  • Strong understanding of sales process and closing techniques
  • Strategic planning and negotiation to structure and close deals effectively and diplomatically
  • 5+ years of proven business development and sales experience in computer hardware and support solutions.
  • Demonstrated relationships with key industry stakeholders: Manufacturers, Suppliers, and End users.
  • Deep understanding of Computer hardware lifecycles, Depot support services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong organization, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed. Travel Estimated at 10% and as necessary to facilitate and close deals
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services and client needs
  • Ability to research and present solutions that fit the requirement
  • This is not a month-to-month quota driven position. Many of the opportunities take time to on-board and implement so patience and long-term vision is important in long sales cycles

  • Competitive base salary of $100,000-$110,000 + Monthly Net New Sales Commission with annual base increases
