National Accounts Representatives are occasionally assigned overtime and/or business travel. Reports to the Junior National Accounts Manager or the National Accounts Manager.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing work orders, documents, invoices, exceptions, markups, and inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of a National Accounts Representative. Other duties may be assigned.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.

Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective resource allocation to meet customer needs.

Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.

Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.

Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.

Review exception management queue and mark up queue daily.

Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark ups.

Mark up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivable team.

Associate's degree or minimum one year experience in customer service, work order management, customer service or maintenance services.

Proven ability to manage complex processes and collaborate effectively across teams.

Detail oriented and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business processes, technical procedures, or county and state regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership, customers, vendors, colleagues, and the public.
