Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant for National Accounts provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and industry operations, and practices.

Daily/Position Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
Updates and maintains monthly pricing files for National & Regional chain retail accounts
Performs routine research and organization of item numbers, inventory status, UPC codes, pricing and promotions for each chain where applicable
Uploads and maintains product & pricing attribute information via Customer Web Portals for various chain banners
Updates weekly reporting & scorecard deliverables for major chain banners
Maintains and tracks ads and planner mandates for National Account Managers on monthly basis
Completes monthly research & delivery process for invoices, credits and marketing expenses for various chains partners
Provides general office support including booking conference rooms, meeting setup, preparing prepares PowerPoint presentations and ad-hoc reporting as needed
Routinely completes retailer New Item Forms for National Account Managers as needed
Assists team with new account opening prep: organizing service support, preparing opening orders and assembling warehouse kits for trade team
Tracks and recaps monthly planner execution across chain banners
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A.S.) in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years' prior Administrative Assistant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior industry experience desired

Skills/Requirements:
Administrative assistant experience working in an office environment
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite applications - Advanced level Excel and VbA, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools & sales data reporting
Strong communication (oral, written) skills - ability to work and thrive in a team environment
Effective time management and organizational skills / ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
