Who you are:

• You enjoy managing large, multi-site, high-value accounts with accountability and responsibility.
• You have experience growing B2B accounts across the UK and adding value to clients' businesses.
• You are a people-person who develops strong relationships with stakeholders and understands their businesses comprehensively.
• You identify client pain points and challenges, providing effective solutions.
• You have experience working with multinational or large UK Plc organizations and thrive under their demands.
• You build sustainable, trusted relationships beyond transactional interactions.
• You adopt a solutions-led, consultative approach to your work.
• You hold a current, valid Driver's Licence.

In this role, you will:

• Develop relationships within accounts to access decision-makers and establish partnerships.
• Present solutions and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide quarterly forecasts, review contract performance, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the group to maximize opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and develop future activity plans.
