General Statement of Duties: The NACTEP-STEM Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the NACTEP-STEM Director, is responsible for providing a range of program planning, student support, and administrative assistance related to training events and opportunities. This position plays a key role in supporting students throughout their participation in grant-funded activities and helps ensure the successful implementation of program objectives aligned with the goals of the NACTEP-STEM program and Blackfeet Community College. All duties are performed in accordance with established BCC standards and procedures and adhere to the College's mission, vision, core values, and institutional core themes.
Qualifications: - Associate degree Business, Office Management, Secretarial, Social Work, Human Services or related field required.
- Minimum of two years experience with directly related job skills in typing, word processing, data entry, computer operations, records management, and general office management required.
