Position Overview: The Municipal Infrastructure Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining civil engineering projects related to waste management and wastewater. The engineer will ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical engineering support on civil infrastructure projects such as waste management and wastewater.
- Develop plans and specifications for civil engineering projects.
- Manage civil engineering projects from design to construction.
- Perform a variety of engineering tasks such as designing, reviewing, and analyzing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Provide technical guidance to team members.
- Perform site inspections and provide reports.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- EIT (Engineer in Training) certification.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of waste management and wastewater.
