NTI is seeking a driven, autonomous, and highly skilled Multimedia Content Producer with exceptional expertise in audio, video, and graphic design production, including post-production editing and sound design. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, sees creative challenges as opportunities, and takes full ownership of their workstream. The Multimedia Content Producer will work closely with NTI's Branding and Market Presence Program Manager to execute the company's content marketing strategy.
This is not an entry-level role. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual and audio content that supports NTI's broader Content Marketing Strategy, working closely with the Branding and Market Presence Program Manager. You'll be expected to manage shoots independently, work with non-professional on-camera talent, and transform imperfect footage into polished, story-driven final products.
The right candidate should demonstrate mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, and Audition. The ideal candidate not only has advanced editing skills in Adobe Creative Cloud but also knows their way around cameras, lenses, and accessories. Hands-on experience with Sony systems, especially the FX30 and ZV-1, is a major plus.
This role will also be responsible for creating digital graphics that align with NTI's content strategy-supporting video, photo, and promotional collateral with strong, clean visuals. From motion graphics to thumbnails to in-video branding elements, your design contributions will ensure consistency and professionalism across our visual media.
We're looking for a creative self-starter-someone who doesn't wait for direction but brings new ideas, recommends improvements to media operations, and elevates the entire content production function. This role is central to NTI's expanding multimedia strategy and will be instrumental in shaping how we communicate visually and audibly across the GovCon space.
