Job Title: Multifamily Representative

Reports To: CX Supervisor

Overview: We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member to join our growing Multifamily team. This on-site role supports Customer Experience (CX) and Inside Sales by managing the quoting process for multifamily customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring our quotes are accurate, timely, and properly tracked, while working cross-functionally with Sales, CX reps, and customers to create contracts and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain customer quotes and contracts for multifamily accounts
- Keep the quote tracker and related documentation accurate and up-to-date using Smartsheet and the SAP system.
- Coordinate with Sales, CX team members, and customers to ensure smooth communication and accurate order entry
- Support the sales team by identifying quoting opportunities and assisting in closing new business
- Analyze pricing via market pricing, customer requests, previous bids, TM input, and pricing list
- Provide prompt and professional customer support related to quotes, pricing, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Contribute to special projects, reporting, and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Experience or Sales Support (manufacturing or B2B preferred)
- Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Preferred (but not required): - Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Previous experience supporting multifamily or commercial accounts
