Description

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:


  • Leading project planning efforts by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Building and managing a project team
  • Acting as the main client liaison
  • Tracking project budgets and financial outcomes
  • Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Managing and evaluating project changes
  • Producing consistent progress reports


Profile

The Multifamily Construction Project Manager - Richmond, VA will have:


  • Over 7 years of construction experience
  • Proven track record as lead Project Manager managing projects end-to-end
  • Required experience with multifamily projects
  • Experience handling new construction projects valued at $10M+
  • Strong skills in project scheduling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
