Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Front of House and Kitchen Operations: Supervise and evaluate General Managers to ensure tasks and goals are met, providing constructive feedback and necessary disciplinary action.
  • Prioritize Food Quality: Ensure adherence to food quality standards, recipes, and portion control while complying with company policies, brand expectations, and food safety regulations.
  • Optimize Costs: Actively manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and communicate effectively with your team of Food Travel Experts, setting clear daily goals and expectations.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Establish and sustain guest service standards and brand specifications that promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Implement Systems and Processes: Ensure compliance with all company policies and state health and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain Merchandising Standards: Uphold high standards for merchandising displays and monitor inventory levels.
  • Manage Office Administration: Oversee financial tasks including fund management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Support Financial Management: Assist in analyzing sales performance through reports and benchmarking.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle routine challenges and escalate complex issues to higher management as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant coursework is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least seven (7) years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory role.
    • A minimum of five (5) years as a Restaurant General Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple locations and oversight of General Managers is highly desirable.
  • Technical Training: Preferred background in Full Service or Quick Service restaurants; culinary experience is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with all levels, including executives and hourly staff, and adept at conflict resolution.
  • Financial Acumen: Expert in P&L management with the capability to mentor General Managers.
