Multi-Trader Opportunities - Carpentry & Painting
We're currently recruiting for two experienced Multi-Traders to join our client's team, delivering high-quality maintenance work across both commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a mix of carpentry and painting/decorating tasks.
Complete general maintenance duties including tiling, flooring, and minor repairs.
Ensure all work is completed to high standards and complies with health & safety regulations.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with tenants and clients.
What We're Looking For:
Skilled in carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the job.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
