An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operative to work for a Social Housing Contractor based in West Midlands on a permanent basis offering a salary of up to 35,000. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.

Working hours
You will be required to:
- Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades
- Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
- Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
- Optional out of hours.
- Have experience working within social housing properties.
