Job Title: Multi-Trade Operatives (x2)
Specialism: 1 General Multi-Trade 1 Plumbing-Biased
Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)
Location: East London (Properties Within Walking Distance)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Rate: 20.36 per hour (Umbrella)
We're looking for two experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a responsive maintenance team in East London-one with a plumbing bias, the other with a general multi-trade background. Work will be carried out across social housing properties within walking distance.
Key Duties:
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Plumbing-biased role: Taps, WCs, leaks, pipework, and general plumbing tasks
- General role: Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, and basic plumbing
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in social housing maintenance is essential
- Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- CSCS card (preferred)
- A Basic DBS Check will be required
