Responsibilities:
- Enhance store performance by delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for operational and customer service goals.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop essential skills that keep our customers smiling and provide feedback to the General Manager on staff performance.
- Foster a positive store culture by exemplifying Sheetz Performance Standards.
- Delight customers with exceptional service and unwavering focus on their satisfaction.
- Maintain safety by adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Step in to assist with Team Member tasks as required.
- Travel between assigned stores as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with capability to assist in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old (specific state laws may require Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
