Responsibilities: - Enhance store performance by delegating tasks and holding team members accountable for meeting operational and customer service standards.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills, providing invaluable feedback to the General Manager on their performance.
- Foster a positive store culture while exemplifying Sheetz Performance Standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Maintain safety by adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Step in to assist with Team Member tasks when needed.
- Travel between assigned stores as required.
Qualifications: - Ability to multi-task, along with performing repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds; must also be capable of assisting in lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for specific tasks).
