Responsibilities:
- Enhance store performance by delegating tasks and holding your team accountable to meet operational and customer service standards.
- Mentor and coach your team members to nurture their skills and provide feedback to the General Manager regarding their performance.
- Foster a positive store culture by exemplifying Sheetz's Performance Standards.
- Delight our customers with exceptional service and an unwavering commitment to their needs.
- Ensure safety by adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Step in to assist with Team Member tasks whenever necessary.
- Travel to assigned stores outside your primary location as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capability to assist in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old; candidates must be 21 years or older in Virginia to perform certain supervisory tasks.
