The Opportunity:
We are seeking fully qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work with advanced manufacturing technology in a fast-paced environment, supported by a structured Advanced Development Programme to enhance your skills and career progression.
Shift Pattern:

4 on 4 off (12-hour shifts).

Enjoy two weekends off every 4 weeks and extended time for family, hobbies, and personal pursuits.
Salary:

54,174 - 56,346 ( 26.99 - 28.07 per hour), dependent on qualifications and experience.

Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Your Responsibilities:
-
Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety, and GMP standards to ensure a compliant, secure workplace.

Deliver proactive/reactive maintenance to optimize machinery performance in production areas.

Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Lead root cause analysis and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
-
HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Engineering, plus a completed apprenticeship.

2+ years post-apprenticeship experience in maintenance, ideally within FMCG/hygienic production.

Proficiency in CMMS systems, MS Office, and technical problem-solving.

Ability to thrive under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively.
