Night Shift Maintenance Engineer - Lincolnshire
Salary: 54,000 + Bonus Nights: 4 on, 4 off (6pm - 6am)

The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer on the night shift, you'll play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and reducing downtime. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production and packaging machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to maximise equipment uptime
- Ensuring all maintenance activity complies with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Contributing to site-wide improvement initiatives
