Multi Skilled Carpenter

Are you a reliable Plumber with experience across multiple trades? I m working with a well-established maintenance contractor based in Devon to recruit a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join their responsive maintenance team in Exeter.

Your Role:

You ll be carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic properties, ensuring everything from leaky taps to full bathroom repairs are sorted quickly and to a high standard.

Duties include:


• General plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Fixing leaks, replacing taps, valves, and pipework

• Clearing blockages and fault finding

• Basic carpentry, small repairs

• Minor tiling and decorating to make good after works

What you ll need:


• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing

• Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience

• A CSCS card (desirable, but not essential)

• Own transport

• Your own tools

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
