About the Role
Are you passionate about promoting a safe and healthy work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Multi-Site Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our sites comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) assistance and advice to ensure site compliance with relevant legislation.
- Meet annual SHE objectives, evaluated via the performance management system.
- Coordinate and assist with SHE initiatives at the sites, ensuring effective implementation and compliance.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating SHE policies, ensuring staff are informed and engaged.
- Support the SHE function in delivering the SHE business plan.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum NEBOSH qualification.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Transport experience or knowledge is essential.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in a high-paced retail environment is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation.
