Position Summary: The Multi-Media Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging content across various digital platforms. A lot of knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and has some decent skills with Adobe Premiere Pro. This includes graphic design, animation, video editing, and interactive media. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate ideas through visual and multimedia elements.
Key Responsibilities: - Design & Graphics: Create visually appealing and effective designs for web, social media, print, and other digital platforms.
- Animation & Motion Graphics: Develop animations and motion graphics for video content, advertisements, websites, and presentations.
- Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce videos, ensuring high-quality final output.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital products.
- Interactive Media: Develop interactive elements and digital media experiences, including games, advertisements, and interactive infographics.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all multimedia content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (marketing, product, etc.) to understand the objectives and create effective multimedia content.
- Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from clients or internal stakeholders and make revisions as needed to meet project goals.
- Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design and production.
Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, animation, video production, or related areas.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Video & Audio Editing: Strong skills in video editing, sound editing, and motion graphics creation.
- Web & Digital Design: Familiarity with web design, HTML, CSS, and UI/UX principles.
- Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to develop original and creative multimedia concepts for various projects.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that all deliverables are polished and professional.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
