Job Title: MSR (WCC) Job Description Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding the client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume contact center.
Provide information regarding the client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening.
Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs.
Provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Work Environment These are remote opportunities. Candidates must live within 60 miles of Winchester and Tidewater to be considered. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members worldwide. We believe in work-life balance and offer flexible shifts that you can work within reasonable flexibility. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken when scheduled. Most shifts are flexible, with your scheduled start and end times varying within a one-hour window. Your availability during the day must be 9.5 hours to account for this variation. You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift and could be scheduled to take calls for up to four hours before your next break.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, Virgin
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
