Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Food Warehouse Storekeeper to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory and organizing the warehouse while ensuring adherence to food safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities - Receive and process inbound shipments of food and beverage products.
- Operate electric pallet jacks to move, organize, and store inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory protocols.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct accurate inventory counts.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of alcohol and food products.
- Use basic computer systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to meet operational goals.
- Adhere to all airport and TSA security regulations, including safety-sensitive policies.
Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience operating an electric pallet jack.
- Must be able to handle alcohol and food products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow FIFO protocols.
- Ability to obtain and retain a SIDA airport badge (subject to TSA requirements).
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens and background check (safety-sensitive position).
Preferred Qualifications - Experience using computers for inventory and warehouse tracking.
- Strong ability to self-manage and operate effectively within a small team.
Reporting Line Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
