What You'll Do:

This is a hunter's role-perfect for someone who loves chasing opportunities.

  • Seek Out New Business: We need proactive go-getters, not someone waiting for leads to roll in.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Use your proven skills to create a steady flow of prospects.
  • Find Opportunities: Stay on the lookout for new leads through calls, emails, events, groups, and social media.
  • Understand Client Needs: Connect with prospects to show how our services can meet their tech goals.
  • Hit Sales Targets: Develop a pipeline that keeps quotas in reach.
  • Follow Our Strategy: Use DocTech's sales approach to pitch managed IT services.
  • Engage Decision Makers: Build relationships with key players at prospect and client accounts.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver clear, compelling product presentations.
  • Leverage Our Database: Tap into pre-qualified leads from our lead development team.
  • Network in the MSP Space: Maintain strong ties with industry executives.
  • Stay Organized: Keep our database up to date and follow company guidelines.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone with the right mix of skills and drive:

  • A Hunter Mindset: This isn't an inbound gig-you thrive on cold calling and chasing leads.
  • Tech Comfort: You've got a good grasp of technology and how it works.
  • Experience Bonus: Time at other MSP's or telecom providers is a plus.
  • Key Skills: Motivation to earn big through commissions, with growth year after year.
  • Confidence and communication skills to connect with owners and C-level execs.
  • Business know-how for effective meetings.
  • Solid tech knowledge (think IT networks, cloud services, VoIP, and printers/copiers).
  • Ability to work solo and collaborate with a team.
  • Strong organization and customer service skills.
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced sales environment.

The Payoff:

  • Base Salary: Based on your experience (DOE).
  • Commission: Earn more with every win.
  • Total Compensation: $60,000-$180,000/year (send us your resume and desired OTE.).

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
