Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with the right mix of skills and drive:
- A Hunter Mindset: This isn't an inbound gig-you thrive on cold calling and chasing leads.
- Tech Comfort: You've got a good grasp of technology and how it works.
- Experience Bonus: Time at other MSP's or telecom providers is a plus.
- Key Skills: Motivation to earn big through commissions, with growth year after year.
- Confidence and communication skills to connect with owners and C-level execs.
- Business know-how for effective meetings.
- Solid tech knowledge (think IT networks, cloud services, VoIP, and printers/copiers).
- Ability to work solo and collaborate with a team.
- Strong organization and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced sales environment.
The Payoff:
- Base Salary: Based on your experience (DOE).
- Commission: Earn more with every win.
- Total Compensation: $60,000-$180,000/year (send us your resume and desired OTE.).
