MS Exchange Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

We are currently looking for an experienced MS Exchange Systems Administrator for a role on one of our Federal projects in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the ongoing design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical sustainment of Navy production networks.
• Coordinate work with in-house teams to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
• Investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going.
• Lead the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions, to maintain a balance of security and Navy mission needs. Qualifications + Education:
• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
• Active Security+ Certification
• Operating Environment Certification (i.e. Microsoft, VMware cert).
• HS diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of Hand-On experience operating and maintaining multiple Microsoft Exchange Servers.
• 3+ years of Hand-On experience implementing DoD STIGS.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server 2016/18/22, Active Directory, Group Policy.
• Windows DNS, Windows Server Update Services, Windows patching or vulnerability remediation, VMware, or ESXi. Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience applying security patches to systems, including security vulnerability reporting.
• Knowledge of FISMA, DoD, and DoN information security doctrine (RMF).
• Knowledge of best practices regarding requirements management, development, design, and testing, and system and software architecture practices, tools, and methodologies.
