Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This is a 10-month contract position with strong potential for extension. The role will follow a first-shift Monday-Friday schedule. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, contribute to technical analysis, and develop strategy and architecture documents while working to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and assimilate relevant data to surface and support solutions.

- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining a proactive and positive approach in challenging situations.
- Participate in technical analysis and contribute to the creation of specification documents.
- Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documents.
- Track development progress and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Communicate technical concepts, design implementations, and potential solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow Product Best Practices for solution design and development.
Required Qualifications: - University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages, especially C .
- Experience with Visual Studio or other Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
- Proficient in SQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
- In-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including key modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with the Dataverse.
- Experience in software delivery and working within Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an autonomous approach to application design.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM processes in Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Power Platform native components, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure development.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Azure automated deployments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
Certifications (if any): Microsoft Certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
Microsoft Azure certifications (preferred but not required).
Education: Bachelors Degree
