Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Location: Pontiac, MI 48341

Job Type: Contract

Job Duties:
Set up and operate MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic images.
Administer contrast agents when necessary, following safety protocols.
Greet and identify patients using two patient identifiers.
Explain procedures clearly to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation.
Review images for clarity and completeness before concluding the scan.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
Maintain a secure and clean scanning environment.
Perform routine checks and calibrations on MRI equipment.
Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
Stay updated on MRI technology and protocols through ongoing training.

Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience as MRI Tech
Must have ARRT-MR
BLS from AHA
