Description: MRI Technologist, Fulltime- Weekend Shift 7am to 11pm Sat and Sun, in the Radiology Department at St Mary's Hospital, Athens, GA $7,500 Sign on bonus (Must have ARRT certification and at least 1yr experience as MRI Tech to be eligible for the sign on bonus). What you will do:
  • Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI.
  • direct patient flow through the department,
  • greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.
What you will need:
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: registered or registry eligible with ARRT (MR)
  • Must have current BLS thru American Heart Association.
  • Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
  • Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence
