Position Overview:

We are seeking a certified MRI Technologist to operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to capture clear and precise diagnostic images.
  • Choose appropriate imaging techniques and oversee imaging hardware/software functions.
  • Ensure accurate patient information input and seamless image transfers to PACS stations.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of all imaging studies.
  • Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
  • Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must be registered as an MRI Technologist with A.R.R.T. or ARMRIT.
  • CPR Certification (Required).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, sit for prolonged periods, and frequently stand or walk.
  • Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs, depending on the department.
  • Driving Requirement: Some positions may require a favorable driving record.
