MPT&E Program Analyst with Security Clearance

Requirement
The analyst will apply Navy manpower and manning analysis skills using the Navy Total Force Manpower Policies and Procedures instruction (OPNAVINST 1000.16L), Navy Manpower Analysis Center's (NAVMAC) Activity Manpower Management Guide (AMMG) and Job Directory, along with the Navy's Intelligent Workbook to help standardize the manpower requirements associated with the Navy's Maritime Operations Centers (MOC), which will include assisting with manpower governance/policy establishment, developing program-level metrics, and helping to identify and implement opportunities for manpower resourcing process improvement. In addition, member will assist Navy Information Forces N1 directorate in scheduling, assisting, coordinating, and liaising between the appropriate MOC and NAVMAC authorities before, during, and after every Shore Manpower Requirements Determination (SMRD) Study
