We are seeking a highly motivated motorcycle salesperson to join our team as an inside sales representative and continue to expand our growth. The ideal candidate must have dealer experience in the region and reside near our Dallas (Flower Mound, TX) location.
If you are tired of the retail grind and looking to stay in this amazing industry while enjoying your much-needed weekends off, then this might be the position for you. Hours are set at 9-5, M-F; no more staying after hours to try and close a customer on a payment before the banks close. No more putting on a happy face in fear that the customer might give you a terrible Yelp review because you couldn't throw in a helmet. We are an auction house built by dealers for dealers. We deal directly with dealers, not the public. We need someone who understands dealerships and can help these dealers get rid of their unwanted inventory.
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative position is a highly visible sales position responsible for maintaining our clients as well as assisting in new client development. The inside sales representative is a specialist who will build long-term relationships in the powersports industry and work closely with our sales, administrative, and operations departments to achieve the region's goals.
Responsibilities
• Maintain current understanding of Powersport sales to validate credibility and trust with dealers.
• Frequent correspondence with Powersport dealers assisting in their wholesale inventory.
• Work closely, and at the direction of the regional sales managers to maintain and build additional business.
• Understand the sales and operational challenges for dealers and provide solutions to assist them in inventory management and cash flow.
• Understand the seasonal and regional trends as opportunities to grow the business.
• Manage auction day responsibilities ensuring that dealers are provided with a world class level of service.
• Coordinate with our transportation department for inbound and outbound vehicles
• Continually update knowledge of the Powersport industry by studying current events, and competitive market dynamics.
Requirements
• Must reside near the NPA location and have powersport experience in that region. (Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement; automotive is not powersports; you will be passed on immediately without direct motorcycle industry experience.)
• Be passionate about Powersports.
• Experience with motorcycle dealers and the Powersport Industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook, CRM software)
• Ability to analyze and report on data.
• Dependable, honest, and a team player

Compensation:
Salary: Starting salary at $45k plus bonuses paid quarterly, which range from $10,500 to $15,400+ annually based on performance.
