Silver Eagle Harley Davidson/Yamaha is the leading motorcycle dealership in the area, located in Waterloo, IA, known for its commitment to true customer service, monthly events
and a wide selection of new and pre-owned motorcycles.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, to lead our sales team in a fun family environment, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase overall sales.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring optimal display and availability.
- Assist sales staff with presentations, closing deals, and handling customer inquiries.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in motorcycle/car sales.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong sales skills, including closing deals and building relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with sales management software and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with motorcycle finance and insurance.
- Knowledge of motorcycle brands and models.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
