This role is ideal for top-tier sales associates ready to advance or experienced Assistant Sales Managers/Sales Managers looking for a new challenge. If you have a proven track record in Harley-Davidson sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Sales & Negotiation - Consistently exceed sales targets and effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Inventory Co-Management - Oversee both physical and online inventories, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Leadership & Team Development - Mentor and coach the sales team, improving performance and closing skills.
  • Customer Engagement - Build long-term relationships, ensuring an exceptional Harley-Davidson buying experience.
  • Market & Industry Awareness - Stay informed on industry trends, pricing strategies, and dealership activity.
  • Deal Structuring & Trade Evaluations - Present and negotiate trade values, financing options, and deal structures with precision.


What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of Automotive, Powersports, RV, or similar dealership sales experience required.
  • 2 years of Harley-Davidson dealership sales experience HIGHLY preferred
  • Proven negotiation skills - Find the path to 'Yes.' while maximizing in-store and internet-derived opportunities.
  • Leadership ability - Training, mentoring, and team development experience.
  • Sales technology & data proficiency - Comfortable using CRM systems and analyzing sales metrics (KPIs, transactional data, etc.).
  • Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand - Deep understanding of the culture and community.
