Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of Animations at an advanced level. This position provides Graphic Design and Animation ideation to execution for daily production and long-range assignments, contributes to social, digital, event, paid and organic content growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Advertising, VP of Marketing, marketing managers, designers, agencies, and partners
  • Production graphics and motion graphic campaigns
  • Designing lower-thirds for video segments
  • Must be able to create high quality content in a short amount of time
  • Design cutting edge graphics and motion graphics.
  • Provide creative vision to the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work
  • Effectively tell stories to elevate brand narrative through designs
  • Apply design changes as requested by marketing team leads
  • Provide final approved assets and video files based on supplied specifications
  • Organize and keep project records up to date and Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in motion, graphic design or any other design related education field
  • Two years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing
  • Fully proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Fully proficient in any of the following 3D software's: Cinema 4D, Maya, 3D Studio Max or Blender, Video Copilot Elements is a plus
  • Must have demo reel or portfolio of work for review
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to typography and detail with great composition skills
  • Team player who can take direction and execute against it with little assistance, as well as work independently to generate new advertising campaigns
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana a plus
  • Experience Working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with digital content such as websites, social media, online advertising (HTML5 and animated GIFs) and email campaigns
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • In lieu of degree and above mentioned experience, six years' experience in multimedia design, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing may be considered

Training Requirements:
  • Certifications as required by Mohegan
  • Mohegan Corporate and departmental policies and procedures
  • Appropriate regulations that pertain to Mohegan Information Systems
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Fast paced office work environment
  • Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required
