MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join the team at Horizon Honda Poole on a Full time, 4-day working week basis.

Role Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
MOT Tester preferred
Full UK driving licence (you will be subject to licence checks)

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:45 with a 30-minute unpaid break, totalling 39 hours per week with a rotating day off in the week, every 5th week you will have a long weekend
Saturday: 08:30 -12:30 on a rota basis (1 in 4) paid as additional overtime at an enhanced hourly rate
Overtime will be a paid as and when required

Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing, repairs and demonstrating an exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times
Complete the repair and service of all vehicles to exceed the Company and manufacturer's requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency
Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company and manufacturer's requirements
Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company's 'Duty of Care' responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times
