MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician at our Poole Mitsubishi workshop to work a 5 day week across Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS

Role Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
MOT Tester preferred
Full UK driving licence (you will be subject to licence checks)

Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering high standards of vehicle servicing, repairs and demonstrating an exceptional quality of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times
Complete the repair and service of all vehicles to exceed the Company and manufacturer's requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency
Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with the Company and manufacturer's requirements
Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company's 'Duty of Care' responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to customers and the dealership at all times

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 08:45 - 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break

Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break

39 hours per week - No Weekends

Overtime will be a paid as and when required at an enhanced hourly rate.
