Raleigh Mortgage Group is looking for a new full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team. Must be friendly, eager to learn, work well as a team & enjoy helping others. • Answering & directing phone calls
• Ordering Title Work
• Ordering Homeowners Insurance
• Ordering Appraisals
• Ordering Payoffs
• Inputting Excel spreadsheet data
• Running light errands, assisting with marketing, and sending out notecards to past clients If interested, please send your resume along with a cover letter of why you think you would be a great fit. Responsibilities:
• Perform front desk reception duties such as answering telephone calls, sorting incoming mail, faxing, and greeting visitors
• Interface with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and loan processors throughout the mortgage loan process
• Restock all office supplies, and tidy the front office area to ensure its pristine for visitors
• Assist the mortgage team with administrative support and clerical duties as needed Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills are essential
• Understanding of mortgage industry, real estate, or mortgage services is desired, but not a requirement
• Superior customer service, computer skills (especially Microsoft Office), and excellent communication skills are necessary Compensation: $38,000
