Position Summary: The Receptionist plays an integral role in the branch to ensure customers are professionally greeted while performing other administrative tasks for the branch personnel. This position is also responsible for maintaining marketing materials for the assigned branch.

Essential Functions
  • Manage deliveries, courier, FedEx, interoffice, vendor deliveries - receive, check in and deliver throughout office.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, copying, scheduling meetings, ordering lunches, and preparing agendas.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Marginal Functions
  • Maintains appropriate stock of office supplies for assigned branch.
Oversee distribution of marketing materials in branch.
  • Maintain social media marketing for their assigned branch.
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory.
  • Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, SAR, CTR, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, EEO, and fair employment practices.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational & Experience Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service and/or receptionist experience preferred
Minimum Skill Requirements
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communications
  • In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, documentation and current regulatory requirements affecting mortgage loans
  • High degree of detail orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with MS Office
Physical Demands

In terms of an 8-hour workday, "occasional" equals 1% to 33%, "frequent" equals 34% to 66% and "continuous" equals 67% to 100%. However, some duties are performed monthly, annually or sporadically throughout the year and are essential functions.
