Job Posting: Compliance Auditor
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18 - $21/hourly
Requirements:
- Mortgage experience in servicing or default (required).
- Audit experience (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and reading comprehension skills.
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and related software applications.
- Ability to interact with internal/external customers and regulatory agencies.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- High degree of work ethics, professionalism, teamwork, and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit foreclosure processes using system applications.
- Review bankruptcy processes using manual checklists.
- Validate invoice accuracy.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and client systems.
- Prepare comprehensive audit packages.
- Review alerts and distribute tracking updates.
- Track annual staff training.
- Additional duties as training progresses.
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
