Job Details This is a HYBRID REMOTE position
- Delivers initial closing disclosure to the borrower in a timely manner and ensures the accuracy of the initial closing disclosure
- Performs complex and confidential administrative functions including but not limited to: organizes confidential files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records
- Processes and responds to all incoming methods of communication
- Adapts to change in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent changes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of closing experience
- Must have experience with Encompass
- Mortgage industry experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly adaptable team player
- Proficient in Microsoft office
