GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: The MEC secretary works directly with the administration overseeing MEC in the performance of specific assigned tasks such as registration of students; attendance; student software as well as general correspondence, filing, communication, and reports required of the school office. The department secretary is an integral part in the efficiency and functionality of the school.

Desirable skills:

Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a working knowledge of computers, Google suite, and microsoft Word, Excel; good with the public; organized; prompt; bilingual preferred.
