Job Summary As a
Performance Coach, you will lead
dynamic group training sessions, personal training, and team workouts focused on enhancing
strength, speed, agility, and endurance. You will
motivate, educate, and challenge athletes while ensuring they train with
proper form, technique, and intensity.
Key Responsibilities:Lead & Inspire - Coach
individuals, small groups, and teams in high-energy performance training sessions.
Develop & Customize Programs - Adapt workouts to match
age, skill level, and performance goals.
Teach Proper Technique - Ensure athletes use correct movement patterns to
optimize results and prevent injuries.
Build Strength, Speed & Endurance - Implement
proven training methods that improve
athletic performance.
Track & Assess Progress - Monitor athlete development and provide feedback to drive results.
Engage & Motivate - Foster a
positive, high-energy training environment that keeps athletes accountable and excited to train.
Start & Finish Workouts on Time - Maintain structure, discipline, and efficiency in every session.
Qualifications: •
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Required) •
NCCA-Accredited Strength & Conditioning Certification (Required) - NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USAW, ACSM, or equivalent.

Minimum 1 Year of Coaching Experience in performance training, personal training, or sports conditioning.
•

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
