Fort Collins Dodge has expanded and we are now hiring Express Lane Service Advisors to help fill our growing team.

As a Mopar Express Lane Service Advisor you will be the face of the dealership. Every customer that has grown to become a part of the family and every new customer that we are welcoming to the family will come see you for all their maintenance needs. Candidates should have great customer service, organizational, and time management skills. Must have a flexible schedule as hours will vary Monday-Saturday. Basic car knowledge is a must.

You will be provided with the training and hands on guidance that will help you overcome the different challenges that will come your way. This is a commission/salary paid job. Your performance will dictate your income. Amount paid will vary depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information;
  • Performing a vehicle walk-around;
  • Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle while keeping the customer's best interests in mind;
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts;
  • Establish follow up time;
  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service;
  • Provide Customers with WORLD CLASS Experience;
  • Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection;
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers;
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Manager;
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order;
  • Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses;
  • Verifies that final invoice matches with the work performed on repair order;
  • Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system;
  • Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
Requirements:
  • Time management skills;

  • High Volume/Fast Paced work Environment;
  • Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus but is not required - we are willing to train the right individual;
  • Knowledge of automobiles;
  • Work in a fast paced environment;

  • Organized and friendly personality;
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
  • Individuals employed in this position must be able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers;
  • Individuals employed in this position must demonstrate sufficient computer literacy;
